Our mods ensure that the system remains in a labeled state. Now, im using only libselinux and sepolicy from bitbucket seandroid, all other stuff is from CM repos. Could this be a problem? I mean, me not using bitbucket seandroid repos for all other parts of source tree, except for libselinux and sepolicy? CM 10 is based on 4.1.1/4.1.2? You might want to make sure you also are using our 4.1.1 or 4.1.2 branch mods in that case. Are you building the source code with HAVE_SELINUX=true? As for the other projects, you could encounter issues. Your present issue is that the system image isn't being labeled and/or mounted properly. I would consider merging in our other changes from 4.1.1 or 4.1.2.
