삼성전자 퇴직 페이스북 내용

퇴직 절차를 밟고 있는데 아직 인사과 면담도 못했다. 가장 기분 나빠야할 상무님께서 말을 안 들어 주신다. 다른 사람들은 잘 가라는 식인데 상무님은 나랑 똑같은 결정을 내 나이 때 했었다며 오랜 이야기를 들려 주신다.

계속... 며칠간... 그리고 그 전에 윗 상사랑 트러블 있었을 때 상무님께서 챙겨주신 것도 알고 있다. 세계최초 LTE 상용화 폰 했을 때

프로젝트 인센티브 200 받았는데. 여기는 인당 2000짜리 플젝에 꽂아 주셨고 지금은 다른 팀 전무님께 해외쪽으로도 일할 수 있는 자리를 직접 이야기해서 마련해 주셨다. 그리고 당신 가족 이야기 까지... 친동생 절친이 인사과 있어서가 아니라 여러 지인들에게 들은 내용으로 여러 상황을 아는데, 이건 이해 타산이 아니라. 정말 한국 기업만이 가질 수 있는 정이고 또 지금 그것을 느낀다. 멤 친구들, 전 부서 사람들 다들... 떠나도 집은 어차피 여기 근처니까 계속 보자며...다들 응원도 해주고.



선택에 부담스런 부분도 많다.

그러나

난, 이런 부담들이 좋다.



이제 30대 중반이라 마지막 선택이다.



5년동안 죽어라고 해보고 내 선택에 대한 평가를 받고 싶다.




프로포즈 할 때 밥은 안 굶기겠다고 했는데 건설업도 많이 죽어서 노가다라도 하겠다는 말은 통하지 않는다.




정말 칼같이 살아야 겠다.




소율이도 그렇지만 말린다고 안하진 않는다.




지금까지 내 삶이 그랬던 것 같다.




그 동안 결혼도 시켜주고 편안한 시간을 주었던 삼성이 그리울 것이다.




이렇게 마무리하기 좀 아까워서 그런데... 생각보다 내 페북 포스팅이 삼성 내부에 많이 퍼지고 있더라. 카멜레온같이 상황에 따라 대처 했던 수많은 욕장이 상사, 어폐는 맞지 않게 살려고 정치만 하던 상사들은 정말 긴장하셔야 할 것 같다. 어차피 그런 분들께 배신자 소리 들었는데 거칠게 뭐 있으랴. 그런 조직 문화를 저 기 위에서는 바꾸려고 하는데 지방 방송들은 말을 안 듣는다.

최근 내 블로그 검색이 무쟈게 잘되면서 이름 낳고 포스팅 하면 이틀안에 네이버 첫페이지나 구글 첫페이지에 뜬다. 사진은 구하기 쉽다. 법적 대응도... ... ... 많이 알아 뒀다. 욕하지 말고 삽시다. 삼성 나가면서 내가 해줄 수 있는 선물이다. 나중에 내 딸이 다닐 회사 일수도 있으니까.

여기까지 페이스북에 쓴 내용. 블로그를 찾아보는 사람을 위해 조금 더 쓴다.




사실 퇴직 절차를 밟기 전에 대기업에서 퇴사 경험이 있는 선배한테 상담을 받았다.

아마 굉장히 잘해줄거라는 말과 함께 끝까지 고집을 밀고 나간 뒤 인수인계가 끝나는 순간 사람이 변하는 것을 볼거라는 것과 함께.

사실 인사철이고 전에 퇴직한 사람이 있어, 퇴직일수를 요청으로 미뤘다. 일전에 퇴직한 사람이 인사과에 미리 이야기를 했을 때 한달은 회사를 나와도 되고 안 나와도 된다고 해서 연차비나 조금 아낄까 생각도 들었다. 퇴직금은 보통 3개월 평균이기 때문에 퇴직일을 늦춰주는 대신(평가 기간 및 내부적으로 내 퇴직 사유에 대한 정당한 이유를 만들기 위한 기간 마련) 퇴직금 때문에 주말에 나오는 것을 허락해 달라는 말을 했었다. 첨엔 수긍의 얼버무림. 그리고 나중에는 결국 규정대로 해야 한다는 말.




페북으로 밀당을 했던 건 보는 사람이 꽤 많아서 :)




믓튼. 아직 퇴직도 안했지만 진실을 밝히자면,




사회 생활하면서 자기 돈 내고 밥 사주는 선배를 만나면 꼭 함께 세상을 헤쳐보라는 것이다.




삼성에 있으면서 자기 돈 내고 후배 밥 사주는 사람 많이 만나긴 했지만 본사 staff하고 나서는 다 회사 돈으로 사 주더라. 감지덕지지만... 위에 사례로 볼 때 그렇게 함께 지낼 때 뿐이다. 와이프도 7년을 병원에서 일했어도 애기 가졌다고 전혀 애누리가 없어 육아휴직 한번 못 써보고 퇴사를 한 것. 나랑 같은 시기에 SY이도 함께 퇴사를 하지만 제도상으로는 당연히 육아휴직을 쓸 수 있지만 부서 분위기는 그렇지 않다. 불이익으로 돌아온다. 여느 은행과는 다르지.




이런 시스템의 차가움을 내가 몰랐을까... 아니 알기 때문에 내 나름대로도 다 이용하면서 사람들의 속내도 듣고 있다. 말일 퇴직이 되면 만 6년을 채우는 것이고 보너스도 받는다. 년차비, 혹은 주말 출근했던 것이랑 맞먹는다. 그러나 난 일찍 나가길 원했고. 내 사정이 그렇다고 말했지만 이쪽 사정도 봐줘야 한다는 말들. 정말 내 인생을 걱정해서 이야기들을 해 준다며 다들 한다는 소리가




" 가만히 있으라. "




세월호 같은 세상. 살면서 진정한 정과 함께 실력을 찾고 싶다면 작은 곳으로 가야 한다.




중기중앙회, 박근혜가 처음 들렀던 곳인데 거기는 중소기업 사장들 집단이다. 과연 그들이 혁신을 원할까? 중소기업이 대기업이 되기를 원할까?




내가 경험했지만 공개적으로 적기는 뭣한 내용들이 많아서 이만 쓰겠다. 언젠가 말할 날이 오겠지.




굳이 니가 잘났네 내가 잘났네 하기보다. 기술로서 세상을 바꿔가는게 엔지니어 스타일이니까.

The History Of 3D Technology


The long history of 3D technology can be drawn the way back to the start of photography. A new invention by David Brewster in 1844, Stereoscope could take 3D photographic images. At the Great Exhibition in 1851, a picture of Queen Victoria taken by Louis Jules Duboscq, using the improved technology became very well known throughout the world. Soon, the craze for steroscopic cameras caught on and these were quite commonly used by World War II. Read on to gather more info on history of 3D technology.

Kinematascope, a stereo animation camera was invented, followed the first anaglyph movie was produced in 1915. In the 1960s, in the history of 3D technology, a new technology known as Space-Vision 3D was released. This new technology removed the need to use two cameras to display 3D movies. The first movie to use this technology was "The Bubble" and the 3D experience still lured in huge audiences.


In 1970, Stereovision, a new 3D technology was developed, which used a special anamorphic lens that would widen the picture using a series of polaroid filters. The first movie to be released in Stereovision was "The Stewardesses". Although costing only $100,000 USD, it went on to earn an amazing $27 million in North America. By 1980, many more movies in 3d technology were released, like, Friday the 13th Part III, and Jaws 3-D. In 1986, Canada developed the first 3D movie using polarized glasses, called "Echos of the Sun". In the 1990s, quite recently, many films were released in IMAX 3D. Some of the most popular were “Into the Deep" and , "Wings of Courage".


In the 2000s, many big studio movies were released in 3D, using the latest HD video cameras. Some of them are "Spy Kids 3D: Game over", "Aliens of the Deep", and "The Adventures of Sharkboy Lavagirl”,"The Polar Express". In 2010, there has been a big push towards 3D television. There are channels already displaying educational shows, animated shows, sporting events, documentaries and musical performances all in 3D.


The long history of 3D technology still continues. As expected, 3D technology will continue and expand in the coming years. As the technology matures, prices are expected to go lower and lower.

How Do 3D Glasses Work?


3D glasses are let you view two different images of the same object taken from a to some extent different position and trick your brain into seeing one 3D image. One of the oldest examples of 3D glasses is the color filter glasses. The system works in such a manner that both eyes get a different color filter in front of them. It makes is possible that left eye sees it's picture without problems however everything meant to right eye seems to be black. The same logic applies also to right eye. The material which needs to be displayed is generally projected using two projectors. The projection surface needs to be specially made so that it does not do any harm to the polarization. The advantage of using this method to make best 3d glasses is that the pictures can be in full color and the viewing glasses are still quite inexpensive.
