그런데 이건 또 뭐람.

  It means "notwithstanding the many opposing circumstances", e.g. If a one-legged man who had never competed in a marathon in his life was running a race against able-bodied, two-legged professionals, you would say his hopes of winning the marathon were "against all odds".

위의 내용으로 Against all odds는 impossibility(99%)+possibility(1%) 정도로 생각해 볼 수 있다.
역경을 딛고 라고도 해석이 가능하다는 건데 일어나기 힘든 상황이라는 것으로 보는게 더 나을 것 같다.  Against all the odds, she conceived her first child at the age of 56. 문장을 보면 56세에 첫 아기를 가지는 것이 쉬워 보이진 않는다. 그래서 역경을 딛고로도 될 것 같다.

lyrics로(영어식 검색) 가사를 찾아 보면 And you coming back to me, is against the odds
로 되어 있다. It's가 아니라 is 다.

그리고 컴마가 있으니까  coming back to me랑 is against the odds랑 같다고 보면 된다.

즉 일어나기 힘든 상황이라는 거다.
